1)  The person or entity originating the communication is called  sender.

2) Written communication is the act of writing, typing or printing symbols like letters and numbers to convey information.

3) Punctuation is a set of marks, such as the full stop and the comma, which help us separate parts of a sentence and explain its meaning. Like uppercase letters, it is also a very important part of sentences and has some rules.

4)        Conjunctions are words that join two nouns, phrases or sentences. Some common examples are ‘and’, ‘or’ and ‘but’.

 

5)  Interrogative Sentence  is a  type of sentence asks a question. It always ends with a question mark (‘?’).

 

6) A noun is a ‘naming’ word that is used for a person, place, thing, or idea. Some examples  are Ali, Delhi, football and music.

 

7) A paragraph is a series of sentences that are organized and coherent, and are all related to a single topic.
