you understand by Formatting?
Ans: Formatting means changing the appearance of document to make it
attractive.
2. Which
is Font? Name some common Fonts.
Ans: The character of a specific size and design used for typing
the text is called Font. In MS Word, you have various types of fonts options
example arial, cambria, mangal , Tahoma etc.
3. Write
the names of groups of home tab in sequence?
Ans: 1) Clipboard
2) Font

4. What is
alignment? Write its names.
Ans: Alignment refers to the way in which the lines of a paragraph
aligned. There are four types of alignment :- Align Left, Centre, Align Right
and Justify.
5. In
which group find and replace option is found. What is the use of these
options?
Ans: Editing is the last group of home tab, this group
includes three options :
1)
Find (Ctrl+F) : This option can find your
text, word, subject and other material that you have in your document.
2)
Replace (Ctrl+H) : This option is used to remove
an incorrect word with the correct one.
3)
Select Text : This option helps you to go
to your favourite page, line, sections or bookmark.
6. What is
Subscript and Superscript?
Ans: Subscript refers to numbers that are
positioned slightly lower than the text on the line.
Superscript refers to numbers that are
positioned slightly higher than the text on the line.
For example, a footnote or endnote number
reference is an example of superscript (footnote1 , x3), and a scientific
formula might use subscript text (H2 O).
