Design View |
A relationship in Access helps you
combine data from two different tables. Each relationship consists of fields in two
tables with corresponding data. ... When you use related tables in a query,
the relationship lets Access determine which records from each table to
combine in the result set. |
In this view, the records are not
visible. You can see all the field names along with their data types. Here,
you can add or delete a field name (if you want). The changes in the field
name will be incorporated in your table where you can enter records. |
